01 Demonstration and actual service
These terms of Valor Financial (Mauritius) Ltd distinguish the corporate demonstration from any actual AI Trading contract. The current Intelligence Lab uses fictional scenarios and local rules. It does not connect external models, access accounts or execute orders. Showing three perspectives or provider logos does not confirm integration, partnership or management authority.
02 Requirements for actual activation
An actual service requires identification, eligibility, compatible regulatory scope and a specific agreement. Before activation, models and versions, providers, input data, the Company’s role, instruments, costs, execution, oversight and interruption conditions must be identified. Operation using OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini must not be asserted merely because their brands appear on the site.
03 Permissions and mandate
Clients must select and accept specific powers: information, order proposals with human approval or execution allowed by mandate, where legally and technically available. Permissions must have scope, duration and a revocation mechanism. The Company cannot presume withdrawal access, credential-changing powers or unrestricted authority. Keys or credentials must not be transmitted through email or public chat.
04 Parameters and risk limits
The mandate must define allocated capital, exposure, instruments, leverage, hours, loss limits and review conditions. Values must show units, calculation basis and period. Material changes require confirmation and records. Limits are control instructions, not guarantees of execution at a desired price or maximum loss; gaps, liquidity and failures can exceed them.
05 Analyses, disagreement and oversight
Models can disagree, share data or errors and produce inadequately supported conclusions. Agreement among three models does not ensure correctness or independence. There must be criteria for missing data, disagreement, market changes and human escalation. AI scores cannot displace costs, conflicts or execution quality. Automation does not remove the Company’s oversight responsibility.
06 Pause, revocation and open positions
Clients must be able to request pause or revocation through the agreed channel. Pausing new decisions does not necessarily cancel submitted orders or close open positions. The agreement must explain treatment of those positions, authority to act, confirmation, fallback channels and possible delays. Provider interruptions require a contingency procedure and records; they do not justify claiming an account is automatically protected.
07 Data, records and results
Account data may be used and shared only for disclosed purposes with a lawful basis and appropriate controls. Relevant inputs, parameters, versions, decisions, authorisations and orders must be traceable as required for the service. Past results and simulations do not promise future returns. This draft offers no “risk-free” service or minimum yield. Questions and challenges follow privacy and complaint procedures without restricting mandatory rights.
