01 Scope and technology
This policy of Valor Financial (Mauritius) Ltd describes storage used by the Braxtrade corporate website version. Cookies and local storage retain information in a browser. The inventory below describes this version’s code; WebTrader and external providers require their own inventory and notice.
02 Appearance preference
Local key braxtrade-theme records “dark” or “light” to retain the selected theme. It remains until you change the choice or clear browser data. It contains no name, email or financial information and is not sent to a server by the site code.
03 Privacy choices
Local key braxtrade-consent-v1 records selected categories, version and date. The site requests a new choice when the record reaches 183 days, corresponding to the approximately six-month period shown to visitors. The browser does not automatically erase the key on that date; the site stops treating the choice as valid and asks for a new decision. You can delete the key through browser settings.
04 Academy progress
Local key braxtrade.academy.v1 stores identifiers of lessons completed in this browser. It lets you resume courses without creating an account. Progress remains until you reset the course or clear site storage. It is not synchronised with an account or sent to the server. If storage is unavailable, the feature may work only during the session.
05 Analytics and advertising
No third-party audience analytics or advertising tools are active in this version. The panel lets you accept or reject those categories independently; enabling them only records a preference and does not start additional collection. Fonts and images are served with the site. A future optional tool requires an updated inventory, provider identity, purpose, duration and applicable choice before activation.
06 How to control and review
Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer to review your options. Refusing optional categories does not block public content. You can also erase site data or restrict browser storage, which may remove theme and progress. When following an external link, review that environment’s policy. Policy updates must reflect real changes in code and providers; earlier consent does not authorise incompatible new purposes.
