01 Entity and scope
These terms are prepared by Valor Financial (Mauritius) Ltd (the Company) for the Braxtrade corporate website. The Company’s identity, head office and regulatory details appear at the beginning of this document. The consulted FSC register refers to asset management, FS-1.1 Assets Management. This reference does not automatically authorise every product shown, banking deposits or services in every country.
02 Website use and contracting
Browsing provides access to corporate content, the magazine and the academy. It does not open an account, create an asset-management mandate, move money or conclude an investment contract. Contracting requires separate documents, verification, eligibility and express acceptance of applicable conditions. The approved document version and date must be available before acceptance.
03 Eligibility and jurisdictions
Financial services are intended for legally capable persons, subject to the rules of their residence and the product. Language availability or references to PIX, Boleto or TED do not confirm permission to provide a service in Brazil or another territory. 06 Conduct and security
Do not use the site for fraud, unauthorised access, improper data collection, malicious code distribution or service disruption. Protect your device and verify the domain before entering credentials. The Company may proportionately restrict technically abusive access as permitted by law. Never send passwords, authentication codes, private keys or full card details through the form or email.
07 Links, availability and liability
External links open services with their own terms. The site may be updated, suspended for maintenance or unavailable. Use your account’s channel for urgent operational instructions; the corporate website does not receive orders. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, wilful misconduct or breach of mandatory rights. A market or supplier failure does not automatically release the Company from all its obligations.
08 Privacy, changes and disputes
Read the privacy and cookie policies. Material changes must be versioned and notified where they affect an existing relationship; they do not retrospectively alter accrued rights. Portuguese and English versions must be read consistently, without reducing mandatory protections because of a translation difference. Complaints follow the separate policy. Governing law and forum for a financial contract will be disclosed in the contracting instrument, preserving applicable mandatory rules and avenues of redress.
